About
Website designs built in the open
Web Designs For is a free library of website designs for trades and small businesses. Every design comes with a live demo and the complete AI prompt that built it.
Who runs this site
Web Designs For is run by Right Tech Soft LLC, the company behind WebMage, an AI website builder. We're open about that connection because it affects what you see here: the "Use this template in WebMage" buttons go to our product, and done-for-you requests go to the WebMage team.
The prompts don't depend on WebMage. They ask for plain HTML, CSS and a little JavaScript and work in most AI builders and coding agents. If a prompt only worked in our product, it wouldn't be much of a resource.
How each template is made
- We write the prompt. It describes the business, the pages, the sections, the visual direction, the copy style and the technical requirements, and it uses fictional sample details you replace with your own.
- A fresh AI agent builds the site from the prompt alone. It gets no other design input. It does get a few hosting rules that aren't part of the prompt: which folders to use, a noindex tag so search engines skip the demo, and a small "Demo site" ribbon.
- We publish the result as it came out. If anything had to be fixed by hand, the template page says what. The prompt you copy is the exact text the agent received, with a version number and the date it was last changed.
AI tools vary, so a prompt won't produce a pixel-perfect copy in every tool. You should get the same structure and style direction to refine from.
What we will never fake
- Reviews, ratings, testimonials or review counts
- License numbers, insurance details, awards or years in business
- Client names, logos or "case studies" of work that didn't happen
- Prices, savings figures or performance claims we can't support
The demo businesses are fictional, use 555 phone numbers and example.com email addresses, and show clearly marked placeholders where real credentials and reviews belong. We'd rather show you an honest gap than an invented number.
What happens when you ask for a website
If you use a "Get a website" form, we record your request and pass it to someone from the WebMage team in your area. They contact you to talk through your project and give you a price. We only share your details for the purpose you asked for, as explained in our privacy policy.
Using the prompts
You can copy, change and use any prompt on this site for your own business or for client work, free and without credit. Please don't republish the prompts in bulk as your own library.
